No SOAP Notification sent

    Hi there,
    after a couple of years, our application is not receiving any notification since many, many days.
    The Curl_Default is correctly set ( customer ID 1140252 ) and the application is running good.
    The application logs ANY notification received, but there is nothing to log.
    Could you please check and give me some hints?

    Hello Daniele,

    I see that all your notification settings are disabled. You can see them using this method: Link (https)

    To enable a notification, have a look at this documentation: Link (https)

    To add a new one: Link (https)

    Pay attention that we automatically disable notifications for which your server sends us an error code five times in a row.

    thank you for the reply.
    I must admit I did not notice the status.
    It's quite strange, I did not change the software since almost 2 years and I do not know why now the notifications were unset.

    Do you treat a HTTP Code 408 or 503 as an error?

    Yes, we treat all 4xx and 5xx codes as errors.

    If you want to be warned when your notification is disabled due to multiple failures, you can set a failover email address as explained here: Link (https)
