1910-97 VERY QUIRKY COLLECTION definitely not what we normally encounter, we see a neatly written up collection, but rather than slavishly filling each catalogue number with an example of that stamp, the collector has taken an approach of buying what interested them, hence their are many highlights such as 1910 2½d in a mint block of 4, 1913-24 values to 10s used & coils set with 1d used on postcard, 1925 Airmail set with 3d used on airmailed cover, 1926 4d triangles - both languages used on cover, 2nd January 1926 (second day of issue) postmarks, 1929 Airmail set on cover and 1s on illustrated advert cover, 1930-44 ½d coil strip of 8 (SG 42a), 1935 Silver Jubilee mint set plus a few varieties, 1936 ½d JIPEX cover, 1937 Coronation with blocks & varieties, 1938 covers with Kruger National Park labels tied by cancels, later RSA mint issues neatly presented with covers, also see a few covers, note 1937 GB "Three Kings" cover to SA, then reposted with additional 4d defin on reverse, couple of Marion Island covers, small range of Cinderellas, as well as ranges of used Union period defins in pairs. Generally good to fine, enjoyable pages to look through (approx 120 stamps + 55 pairs + over 20 blocks / MS + over 35 covers / postcards).
