I used the Relist as New as new option, costing £12 for 1000 items.

I have done this before without problems.

But on 12th Feb when I did it , it did not work! Yet I was still charged the £12

It only relisted 3 items as New instead of 1000.

I already raised this issue on the technical problems thread, but no one from Delcampe has responded!

By chance I have just discovered that if I edit the re-listed sales then finally status changes to new!

So I have just done a series of bulk edits.

I am still furious though, as, of course , they are only listed as new dated 12th which will affect the search rankings as people who are looking for items only listed in the last day or two will not find them!

So some of the benefit of the relist has gone!

When you have a problem like this you should contact Delcampe direct. These boards are not monitored all the time and are not really for reporting problems - just for alerting others the problem exists.

Personally I have found Delcampe support quite quick at taking action if they are reported to direct (weekends excepted).

There was a problem listing new items at the time I was relisting.

I've just relisted another lot & there was no problem this time, so it must have been a glitch last week
